Big Thanks 2016, PAJASA is all set for 2017 goals

As we say goodbye to 2016 and welcome 2017, we are happy about our progress and the milestones that we achieved. We expanded our inventory formidably and now, we have presence in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Chennai, with Kolkata to follow soon. 2016 was filled with new experiences, learnings and breaking new grounds and we look forward to 2017 with eager anticipation.
Of course the journey was not without its challenges and obstacles. As the service apartment industry in India continues to evolve and mature, we needed to keep pace with the changes and we can say with great satisfaction that we were able to do that and also made optimum use of technology to facilitate our clients in ensuring hassle free and comfortable stays. It has been a memorable year indeed for team Pajasa.
Even though the service apartment hospitality segment in India has been around from 1990s, it has gained widespread recognition and acclaim in recent years. In fact, serviced apartments sector is the most major trend in corporate hospitality segment. There are many corporates who have completely shifted from hotels to service apartments to accommodate their employees and the numbers continue to grow. The demand for serviced apartments is such that a recent analysis has shown that over 20% of extended hotel stays are due to the lack of availability of service apartments.
2016 was a grand journey for team Pajasa. Work, fun and togetherness is what defines us. While we have achieved a lot in 2016, even sky is not the limit for what we wish to achieve in 2017.
